Shannon Daniele is an innovative leader with successful businesses under his belt. His work ethic, his initiative and disruptive style makes the companies or anything he is involved with a successful operation.Shannon started his career in 2001 with a recognized mortgage company and was named top producer for several consecutive years. He was acclaimed for closing over 1 billion dollars in residential loans. He then became a Real Estate broker in 2003 and from 2003 to 2007, he was the CEO and founder of Rescue Funding which specialized in hard money loans. From 2007 to 2012, he was a managing partner in Quest Equity Fund, which held a 100million dollar security permit where Shannon represented investors as a hedge fund manager. He personally oversaw investor operations, the REO's, the flip properties and was responsible for the numerous properties flipped and profits received.
In 2014, Shannon Daniele aligned himself with HomeSmart International, a real estate company that is taking the industry by storm and one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the US. With the opening of his own HomeSmart franchises in Long Beach and Torrance Ca, he has contributed to the growth by growing to over 180 agents in only a few years, with goals to open many more HomeSmart locations, he has developed a strong staff and foundation for his business.
